REGISTRATION FOR THIS PROGRAM IS BY INVITATION ONLY
Before completing your player registration, please make sure to have the following ready:
- Player photo (passport style cropped photo. The player may not be wearing sunglasses or a hat)
- Birth Certificate (if you have not played in LIJSL before you must upload a copy of the player’s birth certificate)
At the time of registration fees are required to be paid in full.
