Fill out a Registration Form for each child, there is an additional $10 discount for multiple children from the same family.

Mail the registration form and Payment by check and Mailed to:

If you’re paying by cash please put it in a sealed envelope with your name, email and phone number so receipt can be confirmed. There will be a Bor located at 3143 Milburn Ave. for these payments.

Game Dates: 4/5, 4/26, 5/3, 5/10, 5/17, 5/31, 6/7, 6/14

Game Times will be: Grades 1 & 2-9:00 to 10:30, Grades 3 – 5 10:30to 12, Pre – K & Kindergarten 9:30 to 10:45

Wednesday Practice Times, Grades 1 82-, Grades 3,4 & 5- Times TBD
