Registration from February 2nd to March 1st will be $110
From 3/2/26 to 3/20/26 Registration Fee will be $125
(additional $10 discount for multiple children from the same family)

You can send registration forms first and pay later.
you’ll received the reduced rate as long as payment is received by 3/26

Fill out a Registration Form for each child

Mail the registration form and Payment by check and Mailed to:
Baldwin Eagles, 3143 Milburn Ave. Baldwin NY 11510.

There will be a White Mail Bos located at 3143 Milburn Ave.
You can drop registration forms and payments in there too.

In person registration:
March 7th & 8th at Synergy Fitness Club located at 830 Atlantic Ave. Baldwin from IPM to 4PM

Grades 1 & 2:
9:00 to 10:30
Grades 3 – 5
10:30 to 12
Pre – K & Kindergarten:
9:30 to 10:45

Friday Practice Times:

Grades 1 & 2:
5:30 – 6:30
Grades 3 – 5
6:30 – 7:30
